And now I can’t get the taste of fried tooth fragments out of my mouth. I have tried eating and drinking but the taste doesn’t go away.

The worst part about fillings is the freezing.

Freezing? Is that how they used to harden them? They just used a UV light for mine.

Well... if you did a jump that big, you could probably knock all your teeth out so you’d never have to deal with another cavity. I’ve never actually had one so I don’t know how bad it is.

Yup.

That said, the UV thing can be pretty unpleasant if it’s a deep enough filling. It’s a very concentrated heat.

Yea I’m not doing a jump like that in my mini. It’s bad enough hitting the massive trenches around the train tracks at the end of my street from where they put new tracks in.

My brother had a strange tactic after getting a cavity filled - Sriracha. He said it literally overpowered everything.

Normally, I’d try this after getting a cavity checked, but I hate the sauce with every fiber of my being, partly because I think it’s for people who don’t have discerning tastes in fine cuisine.
